Overview
The water chestnut in Fields of Mistria is a forageable item found floating on the water in The Narrows. It is an invasive species brought to Mistria from wider Aldaria. Despite the name, it is distinct from the fall forageable Chestnut and the Lava Chestnuts found in The Lava Caves.
Water chestnuts serve as ingredients in cooking and milling recipes, can be given as gifts, and are required for certain quests. They restore 3 Health and 3 Stamina when consumed raw and sell for 5 Tesserae at the Shipping Bin.

How to Obtain
Water chestnuts can be acquired through two methods:
- Foraging: Found along the water's edge near Errol's Cabin in The Narrows. They are available in all seasons except Winter.
- Purchasing: Balor's Wagon sells water chestnuts for 25 Tesserae each, though stock rotates.
In the overworld, water chestnuts appear as small sprouts growing in the water. They can be picked up by walking into them or interacting with them.
