Fields of Mistria Refined Stone: How to Craft and Use It

Overview
Refined Stone is a processed crafting material in Fields of Mistria. It is created at the Stone Refinery, a production workbench located just inside The Mines. Unlike raw Stone, which is gathered directly from mining ore deposits, Refined Stone is a higher-tier material used in a variety of high-level crafting recipes, including tools and weapons.
Because the Stone Refinery is a post-unlock production building, Refined Stone cannot be crafted until you progress through the game's main story and reach a specific Town Rank.
Stone Refinery Unlock
The Stone Refinery is not available from the start of the game. To unlock it, you must:
- Reach Town Rank Lvl. 55 (Sapphire rank).
- Complete the Story Quest "Stone Refinery", which becomes available at that rank.
Note that there are two additional town repair quests that must be completed before the Stone Refinery quest triggers, even if you're already past the minimum Town Rank. This is a common point of confusion for players; if the quest hasn't appeared, check your active quest log and complete any pending town repair projects first.
