Fields of Mistria Queen Berry Location Guide
Learn where to find Queen Berries in Fields of Mistria, how to farm them efficiently, and what happens when the Harvest Festival begins.
Overview
Queen Berries are a limited-time collectible in Fields of Mistria that appear only between 7 Fall and 10 Fall. During these three days, common activities across the game world have a chance to drop Queen Berries. The total number you collect determines your rewards at the Harvest Festival.
The key thing to understand about the Queen Berry location is that there is no single fixed spot. Instead, Queen Berries drop from everyday tasks performed anywhere in the game. Your goal is to maximize the number of actions you take during this three-day window.
On the morning of the Harvest Festival (11 Fall), Reina will collect every Queen Berry you have accumulated when you exit your farmhouse. This includes berries stored in chests and other storage containers. You do not need to carry them on your person.
Queen Berries cannot be sold or given as gifts. Their only purpose is the Harvest Festival reward tier.
Requirements
Before you start farming Queen Berries, make sure you have the following:
- Access to the Mines – Mining rocks is one of the most reliable sources of Queen Berries. If you have not unlocked the Mines yet, prioritize that before Fall 7.
- A good pickaxe – A upgraded pickaxe lets you break rocks faster, which means more mining actions per day.
- Energy-restoring food – You will be doing a lot of activities. Stock up on meals or forageables that restore energy so you can keep working through the day.
- Storage space – Even though Reina collects berries from storage, you still need somewhere to put them as you gather them. Clear out a chest before the event starts.
- Time to play each day – The window is only three days. Plan to spend most of each in-game day on farming activities.
Steps to Find and Farm Queen Berries
Step 1: Confirm the date
Check your in-game calendar. Queen Berries are available starting 7 Fall. The drop window ends after 10 Fall. You have exactly three full days to collect as many as possible.
Step 2: Prioritize mining
The single most efficient Queen Berry location is the Mines. Break every rock you can on the upper floors. Rocks have a chance to drop Queen Berries alongside their normal ore and mineral drops.
Focus on the top floors rather than descending deep. The rocks are easier to break, which lets you cycle through more of them in less time. If you have the energy, clear every rock on a floor before moving down.
Step 3: Do your normal daily tasks
Queen Berries drop from a variety of common actions, not just mining. As you go about your day, expect drops from activities like:
- Foraging for wild plants and berries
- Harvesting crops
- Breaking rocks and stumps on your farm
- Chopping wood
- Fishing
There is no published probability table for each activity yet, but community testing suggests that higher-volume activities produce more berries overall. The more actions you take, the better your chances.
Step 4: Keep your inventory organized
As you collect Queen Berries, place them in a dedicated chest near your farmhouse. This keeps your inventory free for more farming. Remember that Reina will collect from storage, so there is no risk in stashing them.
Step 5: Repeat until 10 Fall
Each day from 7 Fall through 10 Fall, repeat the same routine. Maximize your daily energy usage. If you run out of energy, eat food and keep going.
Step 6: Do not leave your farmhouse on 11 Fall until you are ready
On the morning of the Harvest Festival, Reina arrives to collect all Queen Berries the moment you step outside. There is no warning and no way to opt out. Make sure you are done farming before you exit.
Recommended Setup
To get the most out of your three-day window, set up the following before Fall 7:
| Resource | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Upgraded pickaxe (at least Copper) | Faster rock breaking in the Mines |
| Energy food (10+ items) | Keeps you active through long days |
| Dedicated chest near farmhouse | Quick storage between mining trips |
| Clear schedule | No other major projects during 7–10 Fall |
If you have access to the Mine Cart or fast travel, use it to cut down travel time between the Mines and your farm.
Common Mistakes
Waiting until the festival day to farm
Queen Berries do not drop on 11 Fall. The window closes after 10 Fall. If you wait, you will miss the event entirely and enter the festival with zero berries.
Ignoring storage
Some players assume berries must be in their inventory for Reina to collect them. This is incorrect. She collects from chests and storage too. Use storage to keep your bag free.
Spending energy on low-value activities
While almost any action can drop a Queen Berry, mining is the most reliable source. If you have limited time, spend your energy in the Mines rather than on farm chores.
Not checking the date before starting the day
If you sleep through 7 Fall or spend the day in town, you lose a full day of farming. Check the calendar each morning during Fall.
Advanced Tips
Recover from a missed day
If you accidentally miss 7 Fall, you still have 8, 9, and 10 Fall to farm. Mining can produce a significant number of berries in a single day. Prioritize the Mines and skip all other activities to catch up.
Use the top floor of the Mines exclusively
The upper floors have weaker rocks that break in one or two hits. You can clear a full floor in minutes. Descending to deeper floors costs more energy per rock and slows your overall berry-per-hour rate.
Stockpile energy food before Fall
Do not spend Fall 1–6 foraging for food. Prepare meals in advance during Summer so you can dedicate every Fall day to berry farming.
Keep a backup chest at the Mines entrance
If your inventory fills up mid-run, you can deposit berries in a chest near the Mines entrance. This saves a trip back to the farm and keeps you in the farming loop.
